Shipping
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, please monitor it closely. Please understand that once an item is shipped, it is out of my control. If a product is damaged, please contact me immediately with your order number and tracking number. I will do what I can to assist you. If your package is lost , please take the necessary steps to file a claim with USPS.
Returns
I do NOT accept returns. Due to the nature of my business being handmade custom to the color pallet/detail the customer selected I cannot offer returns. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving so I can quickly resolve your issue. Depending on the issue, photo proof will be required.
