FAQ: 

How to care for your resin product:

These can be washed with warm water and soap as often as needed, please don't place in the dishwasher! With any resin item, they can occasionally get a little sticky during shipping and transit and a quick rinse will help. Do NOT use alcohol or any strong chemical on the Resin product.

Turnaround time:

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks turnaround time for orders ( Possibly sooner than the projected timeframe dependent upon the item ordered ). If you need an order by a specific date, please specify. There is a rush order option for an additional charge (this applies to small less detailed items.

Rush Orders:  

II do accept rush orders depending on the timeframe. Prior to placing the order requiring a rush, please contact me for confirmation that the order can be completed within that timeframe and to discuss the rush fee that will be applied.

Fun Facts about Resin: 

• Resin can withstand a certain amount of heat, however very high temperatures can cause the Resin to soften. After cooled the resin will quickly harden once cooled. 

• Resin is extremely durable because of its outstanding chemical resistance. Once it is fully cured it is very difficult to break. 

• Resin is hard to touch within 12 hours but not fully cured until up to 72 hours. 

• Resins chemicals components form a hard, glass-like plastic. 

Returns:

I do NOT accept returns. Due to the nature of my business being handmade custom to the color pallet/detail the customer selected I cannot offer returns. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving so I can quickly resolve your issue. Depending on the issue, photo proof will be required.
